• Create and implement documentation strategy within a cross-functional organization that supports documentation usability and innovation • Review documentation for consistency across processes through application of standards and style guides • Transform complex, technical material into clear and concise documentation for target audience members such as Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and Senior Leadership • Create technical documentation for APIs, SDKs and integrations • Translate complex ideas into understandable logical concepts using both architectural diagrams and supporting descriptions • Write in a formal technical writing style (for example, active voice, implied you, consistent tenses, etc.) • Conduct in-depth interviews with subject matter experts to fully understand the architecture or products • Collaborate with engineers, product managers and architects daily to develop, publish and maintain high quality customer-focused documentation • Rely upon metrics and other forms of data to understand the variation in utility of the content, identify areas in need of review, and to drive planning & prioritization • Develop Content that drives searchability for SEO and LLM optimization • Maintain and continuously update content management system(s) of documentation
