• You will develop high-quality technical documentation, including user documentation, API documentation, release notes, and troubleshooting topics, reporting to the VP, Product Management, Platform Services & Monitor. • You will work with different teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation. • You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, and accessible content for a range of audiences, including developers, system administrators, and security professionals. • You will participate in product planning and design discussions to advocate for documentation best practices and ensure documentation requirements are considered early in the development process. • You will improve documentation processes to refine content creation, review, and publication workflows. • You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical writing, documentation tools, and information architecture.
