• Lead and manage a growing sales team (currently 6 direct reports, expected to scale to 12). • Travel as required (25-30%) to support business development and team initiatives. • Conduct regular field visits (2–3 times per week) to ride along, coach, and develop sales representatives. • Leverage existing industry contacts and relationships to generate new business opportunities. • Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong client relationships and fostering team success. • Fill your weekly calendar with prospecting and cold calling new accounts. • Increase sales revenue by consistently achieving sales goals. • Perform consistent follow-ups with prospects. • Attend all mandatory weekly/monthly meetings. • Develop long-term relationships and business partnerships with major clients. • Build scalable systems and processes as the business grows. • Apply innovative ideas to deliver excellent service to major accounts.
