• Develop and implement operational strategies that align data and research initiatives with company-wide objectives • Coordinate planning for all things related to data across H1, including coordinating between teams, alerting downstream teams to other work (e.g. QA team of high priority ticket counts being considered for the next quarter) • Work with leaders to ensure consistent and accurate reporting on work product from all work related to data and research, even if the work is being done by partner teams, including KPI monitoring and tracking within our team • Lead cross-functional initiatives between Research & Content, Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams • Lead change management initiatives across the data organization • Documentation of plans, resource allocation, and SLAs that can be shared with partner teams and through them clients, if necessary • Keep the leadership team informed of developments within the organization and disseminate information to the Data team as a whole, creating appropriate supporting documents to do so • Attend meetings in place of SVP of Data and Research or directors of different data departments, take notes and make decisions relating to data and research resource allocation, vendors and tools used • Optimize leadership team effectiveness through strategic meeting design and agenda management • Any other reasonable activity required by management/leadership
