• Build and lead the Engineering + Business Operations & Technology org, integrating Engineering, BI, CI, and PMO. • Serve as a key partner to the COO in defining the company’s technology and operational roadmap. • Translate strategic objectives into scalable systems, processes, and measurable outcomes. • Lead company-wide OKR planning, tracking, and execution. • Oversee Engineering teams, ensuring high technical quality, alignment, and velocity. • Build technical frameworks and internal tools that drive automation, scalability, and efficiency. • Develop dashboards, metrics, and analytics frameworks that guide smarter, faster decision-making. • Identify process bottlenecks and design data-informed improvements across the business. • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Talent Ops, Product, Finance, and Leadership. • Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across Engineering, BI, CI, and PMO.
