Job Description

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms to ensure performance, availability, and security. • Build and update workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations across supported applications. • Partner with the Information Security team to maintain governance, compliance, and accurate change documentation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and align platform capabilities with business processes. • Identify opportunities for workflow automation, process improvement, and adoption of new features. • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to track usage, adoption, and performance. • Lead the onboarding of new departments into enterprise platforms, tailoring configurations and workflows to fit business requirements. • Provide training sessions, user documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and positive user experience. • Plan and deliver small-to-medium system enhancement projects, module deployments, or integrations on time and within scope. • Partner with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate delivery of solutions.

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience supporting and/or analyzing enterprise applications.
Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes, and support adoption initiatives.
Familiarity with SaaS administration, provisioning, and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable in balancing technical and business needs.
