Job Description

• Responsible for generating and qualifying leads to build a strong Life Sciences sales pipeline. • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify target prospects. • Initiate contact through various outbound channels. • Set up discovery meetings with potential clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a prior SDR role calling on Life Sciences or Health System accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach messages
  • Regularly demonstrates professional persistence when daily prospecting
  • Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and using LinkedIn for prospecting to executive-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Passionate about healthcare and technology
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and take constructive feedback
  • Has a professional demeanor and a growth-oriented mindset
