• Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation • Oversee necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system • Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects • Perform installations, maintenance, validations, and repairs while ensuring compliance with service standards • Engage with customers to understand their analytical workflows and tailor service offerings • Enhance account profitability through efficient service execution and by identifying revenue opportunities • Maintain assigned assets, including tools, test equipment, and service parts inventory • Proactively report improvement opportunities via the quality notification process • Complete all administrative tasks, including time reporting and assigned training.
