• Own aspects of the product vision, roadmap, and execution for core platform shared services • Define platform contracts, APIs, and service expectations used by multiple product teams • Ensure shared services are designed for reuse, extensibility, and scale, not one-off product needs • Drive innovation in cross-cutting platform capabilities that unlock new use cases across the portfolio • Partner with application product teams to identify common needs that belong in shared services • Balance foundational investment with incremental delivery to ensure shared services provide visible product value
