• Own the content management roadmap - Drive the strategy for how customers create, organize, govern, and maintain their knowledge base, turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences • Shape AI-powered governance capabilities - Design intelligent workflows where AI agents detect conflicts, suggest updates, and enable seamless human-in-the-loop approvals • Turn insights into ruthless prioritization - Use product analytics, customer conversations, competitive research, and qualitative feedback to make clear decisions about what to build and why • Align cross-functional stakeholders - Communicate product vision, roadmap decisions, and tradeoffs clearly to the CEO, GTM teams (CSMs, AEs, product marketing), and other product squads • Partner deeply with engineering and design - Collaborate with your engineering manager and designer to translate ambiguous problems into elegant, scalable solutions and understand technical tradeoffs • Drive outcomes, not just outputs - Own success metrics and business impact; ensure your work moves the needle on customer engagement, retention, and expansion • Collaborate across timezones - Work effectively with members of the engineering team that are Pakistan-based through strong async communication, clear documentation, and thoughtful planning • Travel occasionally - This role requires occasional travel (mostly to Denver, CO)
