Job Description
• Proactively manage a dedicated portfolio of clients focusing on renewals and revenue generation
• Conduct onboarding and adoption training sessions
• Monitor client health and develop proactive plans for underutilized accounts
• Advocate for clients’ needs internally
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders for project delivery
• Collaborate with the Enablement team
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS or technology company
- Dedicated Revenue Experience managing a renewal book of business
- Strategic Mindset for high-level strategic conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mission Alignment with progressive values
- Experience managing complex client projects
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Proactive mindset anticipating needs
- US work authorization
