Job Requirements
- 5–20 years of progressive experience in strategic Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within the Managed Shopify ecosystem.
- Deep, current knowledge of the e-commerce subscription space and the technical nuances of the Shopify platform.
- A history of managing portfolios with multi-million dollar ARR and a knack for consistently hitting (and exceeding) goals.
- Exceptional ability to lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), turning complex data into clear, actionable, multi-year strategic plans.
- High-level communication skills for high-stakes conversations with VP and C-Suite stakeholders.
- A resourceful, "get it done" mindset necessary for thriving in a high-growth, technically focused company.
