Job Description
• Planning and execution of growth loops
• Create hypotheses, run A/B tests, and build experiment roadmaps to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention
• Design growth funnels integrating paid media, marketing automation, and CRM
• Performance and acquisition
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube and Display campaigns with focus on CPL, CPQL and ROI
• Build multi-channel journeys: Ads → Landing Page → Automation → CRM
• CRO and conversion journey
• Optimize landing pages, forms and CTAs using heatmaps, analytics and tests
• Create segmented remarketing flows by funnel stage and lead profile
• Data analytics and automation
• Monitor metrics in GA4, HubSpot, Hotjar, and Data Studio
• Create dashboards and performance reports, automating insights for fast decision-making
• Marketing–Sales integration
• Connect growth to the commercial operation (HubSpot, SDRs, AEs) to measure CPL → SQL → Revenue
• Support ABM campaigns, partnerships and combined inbound/outbound strategies
• Test cycle management
• Define hypotheses, measure results, document learnings and scale what works.
Job Requirements
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads (focus on B2B lead generation)
- Advanced knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio and Looker
- HubSpot (or other CRM) – automations, scoring, tracking and reporting
- Experience in CRO and UX writing to optimize landing page conversion
- Testing and analytics tools: Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, etc.
- Solid understanding of SQL, HTML, APIs and integrations (plus)
