• Serve as Netsmart’s clinical authority on state hospital operations, including inpatient psychiatry, forensic programming, competency restoration, and long-term treatment models • Provide subject matter expertise on state-specific regulations, accreditation standards, documentation protocols, and operational workflows in secure clinical settings • Learn Netsmart solutions and serve as a translator between our clients' current and future-state work practices, utilizing Netsmart solutions • Provide clinical guidance and support for the lifecycle of the client relationship, including the pre-sales process, clinically informed implementation, go-live, and maintenance, driving clinical success for Netsmart and our client partners • Provide workflow and regulatory guidance during solution development and implementation. Translate state hospital requirements into structured EHR workflows, documentation templates, assessment tools, and clinical decision-support elements. • Support successful EHR adoption through change-management guidance and clinical leadership. • Track emerging regulations, treatment models, and national trends in state hospital and forensic mental health care.
