• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for Epic reporting solutions. • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports within the Epic reporting framework, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data. • Utilize Epic's reporting tools to create and enhance reports based on end-user needs. • Work with Epic analysts and end users to troubleshoot and resolve reporting functionality or data integrity issues. • Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to integrate Epic reporting solutions with other systems and data sources. • Provide training and support to end users on utilizing and interpreting Epic reports. • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements related to Epic reporting.
