• Lead and develop complex data model designs for business intelligence tools • Serve as mentor to colleagues by sharing knowledge and skillsets pertinent to a successful analytics team • Lead the conversation of customer requests into technical requirements • Conduct hands-on analysis, ensuring deliverable commitments are met • Work with operational teams on developing reporting/dashboard solutions and analyses • Enable process improvement, new product adoption, and other enhancements • Research and identify operational business requirements with sufficient detail and clarity to allow development of the data or reporting solution needed • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including product management, business development, customer service, and clients • Analyze healthcare data including medical procedures, health conditions, and provider practices • Apply statistical, predictive modeling, and/or data mining techniques to develop analytical solutions • Create complex but easy to use data models for end-users to create data analytics products such as dashboards and reports • Work with engineering teams to enhance data model, improve ETL methodologies, and optimize cloud computing performance • Create interactive BI dashboards and visualizations • Apply business acumen to enhance data cleaning and curation methodologies • Identify data abnormalities and their root causes, suggest possible steps for mitigation • Assess and explain impact of data and methodology changes on analysis results to technical and non-technical audience • Identify opportunities for process improvement
