Job Description
Job Requirements
- Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:** 3-5+ years in robotics, autonomous systems, or industrial automation. Experience as a Field Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Integration Engineer, or similar is highly preferred.
- Advanced Software Skills:Linux & ROS Proficiency:** Deep comfort with ROS tools (rviz, rosbag, tf) for visualizing and debugging vehicle thoughts.
- Professionalism:** Exceptional communication skills. You must be able to explain "why the robot stopped" to a floor manager in a way that builds trust rather than confusion.
- Physical Requirements:** Ability to work in industrial environments (warehouses, yards) and travel up to 50-70% of the time.
- Deployment Skills with Robotics: **Robotics deployment, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Network configuration and customer IT environments
- Experience working directly at customer sites in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments
- Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and sensor data to diagnose complex system issues
- Comfortable with travel and working independently in the field
