Job Description

• Drive user adoption, engagement, and conversion across our consumer-facing payment experiences. • Focus on experimentation, funnel optimization, and data-driven insights to reduce friction in the checkout experience and improve key consumer metrics. • Work closely with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, and other partners to design, run, and scale experiments that improve the end-to-end payment journey. • Help shape how Trustly approaches experimentation and growth product practices more broadly.

Job Requirements

6+ years of Product Management experience in growth or consumer tech, with a proven track record in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
Deep analytical and technical fluency, with the ability to turn complex data and payment ecosystem logic into actionable product strategies.
Strategic focus on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), balancing aggressive conversion gains against fraud, risk, and long-term profitability.
Consumer-first mindset with a strong intuition for UX and the ability to drive measurable business impact in fintech or payments.
Exceptional collaborator and communicator, skilled at aligning Engineering, Data, and senior stakeholders on complex trade-offs.
