Job Description
• Create elite, scroll-stopping AI videos using the latest tools
• Produce ad creative that genuinely wows and converts for home service lead generation
• Push boundaries — no recycled templates or average AI output
• Design high-converting funnels, landing pages, and websites inside GoHighLevel
• Create and post content across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Create sales-grade and investor-grade materials that are clear and persuasive
• Design and improve WordPress sites using Elementor (bonus for light CSS or custom code work)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in creative roles for residential contractors or home service businesses (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, outdoor living, etc.)
- Elite A-Player Ad Messaging Skills That Produce Results on Meta Ads
- Elite A-Player Ai Video Editing Skills
- Elite A-Player on Knowing What Ads Convert on Meta
- Elite A-Player Design Ability
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects
- Experience with GoHighLevel (creative page, funnel, and site design only)
- Familiarity with the latest AI video & image generation tools
- Knowledge of modern creative workflows built for speed and quality
- Performance ad creative experience.
