Job Description

• Manage full cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to candidate engagement to closing top candidates • Find or create new sources of talent • Meet or exceed high standards for candidate experience • Manage 5-10 requisitions at any given time, consistently make 3+ hires/month • Leverage data and technology including AI and automation tools • Contribute to the Talent Acquisition team's AI transformation • Meet or exceed KPIs for time to hire, time to fill, and candidate NPS • Travel of 5% - 10% for company summits

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles at a software or technology company
  • Experience evaluating candidates for a variety of technical and product roles
  • Enjoy the challenge of finding exceptional talent for hard-to-fill Applied AI, Software Engineering, Data, and Site Reliability roles
  • High degree of AI fluency
  • Familiarity with Zapier is a big plus
  • Advocate for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to drive the best decisions with hiring managers
  • Data-driven approach to tracking pipeline health
  • Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices
  • Comfortable driving and managing up
  • Provide an incredible candidate experience
  • Persistently helpful and a team player
