Job Description

• Provide professional, courteous, and grateful assistance on every telephone call • Deliver exceptional, personalized resolutions tailored to each customer’s needs • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions • Multitask confidently—documenting, researching, and engaging with customers in real time • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and represent Signet positively at all times • Meet or exceed expectations for production, call efficiency, schedule adherence, and quality • Manage escalated concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism

Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service or client support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfort with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic math
  • Analytical mindset to interpret feedback and continually improve
  • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus
