Job Description
• Identify, research, and prioritize target health plans, ACOs, and risk-bearing provider groups.
• Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Engage decision-makers and influencers in thoughtful, value-driven conversations.
• Qualify opportunities based on fit, timing, and buying readiness.
• Book high-quality meetings with clear context and next steps.
• Support active enterprise opportunities with research, prep, and follow-up.
• Assist with pilot scoping, early-stage discussions, and coordination.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility.
• Track outreach performance and conversion metrics.
• Test and refine outreach messaging based on real buyer feedback.
• Tailor positioning for Medicare Advantage plans versus ACOs and risk-bearing groups.
• Surface objections, trends, and market insights to leadership.
• Partner with finance, clinical, and operations teams to support deal progression.
• Help translate clinical and financial value into clear external messaging.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development or sales within digital health, health tech, or healthcare services.
- Familiarity with the health plan and value-based care ecosystem.
- Experience prospecting into Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, or similar organizations is a strong asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with research-driven outbound and complex sales cycles.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
