Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads, outbound efforts, and face-to-face meetings. • Conduct structured consultations to identify urgent needs such as tax inefficiencies, cash flow issues, or lack of financial visibility. • Educate prospects on the value of fractional CFO services beyond basic CPA functions. • Qualify prospects based on revenue size ($5M+), industry, and operational maturity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven success in business development, inside sales, or onboarding.
  • Ability to explain tax planning, bookkeeping systems, and cash flow management in accessible, professional terms.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and structured sales sequences.
