- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Delivery Coach in software teams.
- Pragmatism and assertiveness: you don’t just facilitate — you get things moving.
- Excellent facilitation skills, the ability to handle conflicts and clarity in communication.
- Very strong communication skills are essential.
- German at C2 level is required (written and spoken).
