• Own and execute payroll processing for U.S. employees, including coordination with HR, review of payroll outputs, and post-payroll reconciliations • Support international payroll and EOR arrangements as the company scales globally (experience a plus) • Manage accounts payable workflows, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements (Ramp) • Reconcile corporate credit cards, reimbursements, and payroll-related accounts • Lead and execute the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting • Support and help optimize accounting systems, including NetSuite and FloQast • Participate in internal and external audit support, including documentation and schedules • Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and reports, with a focus on accuracy and clarity • Partner with leadership to identify and implement process improvements across accounting and payroll functions
