• Core member of the accounting team responsible for posting daily transactional entries • Process incoming invoices and employee expense reimbursements accurately and on time • Generate and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding receivables • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies • Maintain accurate and organized records of all General Ledger transactions • Prepare reports related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and aging schedules • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies • Respond to vendor and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
