You will own intake, prioritization, timelines, and stakeholder alignment, empowering creative teams to focus on high-impact work. - Oversee the creative intake process, ensuring requests are complete, correctly routed, and prioritized according to business impact and team capacity.
- Build and manage project timelines across campaigns, launches, events, and ongoing initiatives, coordinating dependencies across design, copy, video, and external partners.
- Identify risks, communicate tradeoffs, and drive decisions to maintain delivery timelines.
- Manage scope changes, ensuring stakeholders understand impacts to timing and resources.
- Develop and maintain scalable workflows in project management tools, including templates, intake forms, and documentation standards.
- Establish and enforce file management standards, ensuring organization and governance across shared platforms.
- Lead project kickoffs, status updates, and cross-functional alignment meetings, providing visibility into project progress, resource needs, and team capacity.
- Track workflow efficiency and identify bottlenecks, recommending process improvements to enhance production and delivery quality.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of project management experience supporting creative, brand, design, product, or marketing teams, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Expertise in creative project management, prioritization, timeline/dependency management, stakeholder communication, and process development.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana and file management platforms like Google Drive.
- Strong understanding of creative production processes across digital and print media.
- Experience supporting design, copy, and/or video production teams.
- Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
