Role Description
This role offers the opportunity to lead the design, development, and launch of enterprise products that transform workforce upskilling in the AI era. You will own the product from concept to execution, collaborating closely with Sales, Curriculum, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise partner needs. This is a highly visible 0-to-1 role where your decisions directly impact revenue, product adoption, and learner outcomes. You will define roadmaps, run experiments, and translate complex business requirements into actionable product features. - Define and own the enterprise product roadmap, balancing partner needs, revenue objectives, and learner outcomes.
- Conduct structured discovery and translate insights into product requirements, prototypes, and delivered features.
- Design experiments to validate product decisions, using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Align priorities and remove roadblocks across Sales, Curriculum, and Engineering teams.
- Integrate AI tools into product workflows to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Track progress and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and enterprise partners.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise or B2B products.
- Proven experience taking a product from 0 to 1, with measurable commercial or distribution success.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, build alignment across teams, and execute without a defined playbook.
- Experience translating commercial needs into product direction and identifying deal-blocking gaps.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable defining and interpreting metrics to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with AI tools integrated into product workflows.
- Preferred: Experience in edtech, workforce development, corporate L&D, enterprise SaaS platforms, and modern PM toolkits (analytics, prototyping, SQL, AI-assisted tools).
