Role Description

Entegral is seeking a motivated, adaptable, career-minded teammate who would like to utilize their skill set in a thriving agile-methodology environment. The Product Manager 3 applies a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to drive commercial success and own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of one or more products, with a primary focus on growth products for Entegral.

  • Utilizes a SAAS background and data-driven insight to make value-based decisions on features within global markets.
  • Develops and empowers Product Managers.
  • Oversees management of the product lifecycle.
  • Conducts revenue and expense modeling.
  • Monitors product performance and ensures alignment between internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Maximizes delivered value to customers.

Qualifications

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • For flexible or full remote work from home positions, reliable high-speed Internet connection and dedicated workspace are required.
  • Must be located in one of the following locations: AZ, FL, IL, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI.
  • 7+ years Technical Product Management experience including:
    • Product strategy & leading roadmaps.
    • Innovating on new concepts that lead to adoption.
    • Bringing technical products to market.
    • Creating marketing decks, sales material, product videos.
    • Conducting market and competitive analysis.
    • Bringing products into new markets.
    • Oversight of end-to-end feature development process.
    • Continuous measurement of product performance.
    • Customer feedback.
    • Experience with turning metrics into data-driven insights.
    • Using data-driven metrics and insights to ensure product viability and effectiveness in a given market.
    • Cost management.
    • Defining market segments.
    • Managing P&L for products.
  • 5+ years people management experience of direct reports to include:
    • Performance management, interviewing/hiring, and other HR-related functions.
    • Coaching and leadership; constructive feedback.
    • Evaluating individual performance against goals.
    • Skills development.
  • 3+ years experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
  • Understanding of API architecture and deployment models.
  • Availability for up to 30% travel for meetings (foreign & domestic).
