Role Description

This position is eligible for fully remote/WFH work arrangement. Candidates must be in the U.S.

  • Oversee and handle the day-to-day cash management of multiple high net-worth clients, entertainers (music industry experience/ prior touring experience is highly preferred!), and small business owners.
  • Review and approve accounts payables/receivables, general ledger postings, bank & credit card reconciliations, and monthly cash flow.
  • Heavy client and vendor interaction.
  • Respond to daily client or partner requests.
  • Manage daily client cash management needs.
  • Handle new client intake and setup.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting.
  • Master’s Degree highly preferred.
  • Will consider applicants with transferable experience in industry to meet this qualification.
  • Preferred experience level working with high profile and high net worth clientele: 5 - 7 years.
  • Heavy bookkeeping experience, with AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and general tax knowledge.
  • Experience in the entertainment and music industry highly preferred and desired.
  • Tour experience a plus!
  • Familiarity with Artist, Publisher, and Writers Royalty Statements.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail – critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent client service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, projects, and clients with accuracy, dedication, and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • High level working knowledge of QuickBooks (Datafaction or AgiLink is a plus, but not necessary).
