Job Description
Job Requirements
- Strong AI/ML foundations with hands-on experience training, evaluating, and deploying vision-language models and multimodal LLM systems.
- Demonstrated research impact in computer vision and multimodal learning, evidenced by publications at top-tier conferences and journals.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with common ML frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensorflow.
- MS or PhD in ML, Computer Science or related fields.
- Proven track record of bringing clarity and leading ambitious roadmaps to solve complex problems.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and passionate about positively contributing to the team and company culture.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, able to take ownership, and thrive with minimal oversight and process.
- Bonus Points: Experience in building agentic workflows and systems for multimodal search and understanding is a big plus.
