The manager will develop and execute a field marketing strategy focused on universities, research labs, and academic conferences, owning event presence and driving awareness within the academic segment. This role involves close partnership with the GTM Research Team to ensure all campaigns resonate authentically with academic audiences and connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.

The Legal Counsel will lead commercial contracting work, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners, while also maintaining and improving standard terms and processes. Additionally, responsibilities include providing commercially focused legal advice, supporting RFPs, advising on employment law, and developing scalable legal workflows.

The lead will own and optimize revenue systems centered around HubSpot, ensuring scalable workflows across sales, renewals, and services delivery. Responsibilities also include building revenue reporting, owning forecasting rigor, and designing end-to-end revenue processes for the AI business.
