Role Description
At Nextech, measuring the success of our products is key to our outcomes-based approach to product development. To understand success, we need to have a customer-centric approach to measuring value and standardized models that allow us to analyze holistically across product and markets.
As a Senior Product Operations Lead, you will be crucial in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development processes, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, marketing, and other key stakeholders. The Senior Product Operations Lead will work closely with a tight-knit team of data and operational experts to optimize workflows and support data-driven decision-making to achieve our product strategy and optimize business outcomes.
To be successful, the right candidate must:
- Understand the needs of product management.
- Think critically about process breakdowns and disconnects.
- Plan ahead to avoid issues.
- Provide cross-functional partners with the tools and insights they need to create great products and achieve business outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Product Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related field.
- Deep data analysis, visualization, and presentation experience.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other programming language.
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to translate complex data into digestible insights.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate data into business decisions.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work across teams in a collaborative manner.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

- Identify and leverage appropriate AI capabilities to improve and automate processes.
- Promote the usage of AI tools to drive organizational insights and risk visibility.
- Guide your team on the use of AI to drive efficiency with day-to-day tasks, potentially eliminating tasks through AI and automation.
- Assist in the planning and prioritization of product initiatives, ensuring product operations and processes align with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and distribute product-related reports, status updates, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on progress and risks.
