The role focuses on continually improving infrastructure, automation, and operations by designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and automation processes, including IaC and CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities also include cross-functional collaboration, enhancing monitoring frameworks, providing technical leadership, and ensuring production system stability through daily operations and incident response.

This role leads product prioritization, planning, and execution reporting in partnership with the Technical Owner and Squad members, continuously adjusting the product roadmap based on synthesized customer needs and organizational goals. The Senior Product Manager will also coordinate go-to-market activities across sales, implementation, marketing, services, and support, ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA and ERISA.
