Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in an Account Executive closing role
- Property technology (proptech) experience is required - candidates must have worked in real estate technology, property management software, or related proptech sectors
- Proven track record of building and scaling B2B partnerships or distribution channels
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
- Deep understanding of partner-driven or channel sales business models
- Strong familiarity with the real estate technology or property management industries, including key players, pain points, and business models
- Experience in insurance, insurtech, or fintech is a plus
- Understanding of embedded distribution models and marketplace dynamics
- Strategic thinking: Ability to evaluate partnership opportunities and make recommendations about where to invest resources
- Consultative selling: Skilled at understanding partner needs and positioning solutions that create mutual value
- Operational excellence: Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the opportunity to own a pipeline with significant autonomy
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Self-motivation: Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive results without constant oversight
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools
- Comfortable working with data, analyzing metrics, and creating reports
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and product offerings
- Experience presenting complex solutions to various stakeholder levels
