Job Description

• Lead and own the design of the payroll solution • Conduct and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders • Collaborate with payroll configurators to ensure configuration aligns with approved solution • Partner with integration lead for seamless integration between payroll and related systems • Oversee all phases of payroll implementation lifecycle including solution build, testing, and post-go-live support • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and manage risks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll (ECP or HCM)
  • Proven success in leading and delivering complex payroll implementations
  • Expertise in wage type configuration, off-cycle payroll processing, and garnishment handling
  • Experience in at least 5+ full lifecycle SAP U.S. Payroll implementations
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
