Role Description

The Total Rewards & Payroll Partner is responsible for assisting in administering and delivering compensation programs with a focus on the companies’ commissions plans. The role supports end-to-end payroll processing, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and drives continuous improvement in payroll operations. This position serves as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and business leaders by providing insights, data analysis, and recommendations that support the organization’s overall people strategy.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll by validating employee data, compensation changes, and special payments.
  • Review and reconcile payroll inputs such as new hires, terminations, promotions, bonuses, and overtime.
  • Audit payroll files to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and federal/state/local regulations.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and system administrators to troubleshoot payroll issues and support system updates or enhancements.
  • Calculate, validate, and process quarterly commission or incentive payments based on established plans and performance data.
  • Review sales, performance, and productivity data to ensure accuracy before commission payout.
  • Maintain commission tracking tools, documentation, and audit trails to support financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR to interpret plan rules and resolve commission-related questions.
  • Ensure job descriptions and job description library is up to date and accurate.
  • Conduct data audits to ensure compensation data accuracy within HR systems (Dayforce, Salary.com, etc.).
  • Prepare reports and dashboards related to compensation, payroll, and workforce analytics.
  • Help maintain compensation documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide general administrative and analytical support for compensation projects across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in Payroll/Total Rewards.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with compensation management tools (e.g. Salary.com/CompAnalyst) or HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, global environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compensation regulations in United States, Philippines, and India markets preferred.

Compensation

  • Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
  • This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
