Job Description

• Drive execution of the 7-Eleven national strategy tied to: Go to the Store: sales rep call frequency and time to sell above market average • Gain Distribution: drive annual reset cycle and distribution on key items • Win Planners: display and POP/signage execution • Develop & maintain key relationships across wholesalers & A-B Region Sales to enable execution – including wholesaler KAMs, sales teams, and leadership • Train and develop wholesaler sales forces to call on 7-Eleven • Track and measure against key national priorities • Develop relationships within 7-Eleven organization across key franchisees, FOAs, FMMs, and ops personnel • Build local expertise across territory based on in-market visits (typically 3 days per week) • Solve local issues as they arise (items not scanning, incorrect pricing, etc.) • Support 7-Eleven national merchandising team to drive their share of market • Competitive pricing: completing comp shops & proactively flagging opportunities • Competitive activity: sharing key actions within other C-Store chains • After national strategy is successful, build local strategies & programming to further drive share results • Ability to prioritize the things that matter, hitting deadlines and tasks, managing and effectively using sales, marketing, & travel budgets

Job Requirements

  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of time, with home base in market
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with emphasis in business, finance, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience working with beer wholesaler distributors
  • Experience working with retail chain a positive
  • Understanding of the 3 Tier System, and how to operationalize a national strategy locally with wholesaler partners
  • Basic PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
