Role Description

We are looking for a Market Research Analyst to shape our understanding of the European and international Space, Defense, and Dual-Use markets. In this role, you will own market intelligence across key regions and programs, turning complex market, policy, and competitive data into clear strategic insights that directly influence where we invest, how we position our products, and how we grow internationally.

You will work closely with commercial, product, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and support go-to-market and expansion decisions in a fast-growing Space technology environment.

If you enjoy connecting data with strategy, navigating complex ecosystems, and making a real impact on business direction — this role offers both responsibility and visibility from day one.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and continuously developing market intelligence for the Space, Defense, and Dual-Use sectors
  • Conducting market, customer, competitor, and ecosystem analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Monitoring European and international Space and Defense programs, funding schemes, and procurement pipelines (European Space Agency, European Union, public agencies)
  • Building market forecasts and strategic scenarios to support business planning and expansion decisions
  • Supporting go-to-market and international expansion initiatives with data-driven insights
  • Translating complex market and policy data into clear reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for leadership
  • Working closely with sales, business development, product, and leadership teams to align market insights with company strategy

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in market analysis, market intelligence, or strategic research
  • Strong analytical skills combined with solid commercial awareness
  • Experience working with data and turning complex insights into clear business recommendations
  • Ability to identify market trends, build forecasts, and support strategic decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English

Requirements

  • Experience or strong interest in the Space, Defense, or Dual-Use sectors
  • Exposure to EU, ESA, or national Space/Defense programs and procurement environments
  • Familiarity with market intelligence tools, tender platforms, or CRM systems
  • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment

Benefits

  • Remote‑first culture – work from anywhere you feel most productive. Our offices in Bydgoszcz and Zielonka are available, but the choice is yours.
  • Flexible working hours – shape your schedule to fit your life and your flow.
  • Competitive compensation – full‑time employment contract with a salary range of 12,000–16,000 PLN gross/month, depending on your skills and experience. B2B cooperation is also available.
  • A role in a rapidly growing Space‑tech company – contribute to projects that push boundaries and shape the future of the space industry.
  • Thoughtful onboarding and continuous growth – we support you from day one, with structured onboarding and ongoing development opportunities.
  • Health & wellness benefits – private medical care and a sports package to help you stay energized and well.
