Job Description

About Capital Gurus

Capital Gurus is an AI-driven business funding platform helping small and mid-sized businesses access capital faster through trusted partners — including software platforms, service providers, and advisors already embedded in the SMB ecosystem. Partnerships are our primary growth engine. This role exists to help us attract, recruit, and activate new partners, with a strong focus on LinkedIn as a core acquisition channel.

The Role

We’re hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to own partner acquisition marketing and LinkedIn-based growth programs. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to use LinkedIn as a true distribution channel — not just for brand awareness, but for partner recruitment, pipeline creation, and relationship building.

You’ll work closely with Partnerships and Sales to attract the right partners and turn interest into active, revenue-producing relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute LinkedIn-first marketing strategies to attract new partners

  • Create partner-focused LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, DMs, thought leadership, campaigns)

  • Support outbound partner recruitment with messaging, positioning, and marketing assets

  • Develop campaigns targeting SaaS platforms, service providers, and SMB advisors

  • Collaborate on LinkedIn messaging frameworks for founder- and exec-led posting

  • Build co-marketing assets and social proof that make Capital Gurus attractive to partners

  • Manage partner launch and onboarding campaigns once partners are signed

  • Track performance across partner leads, conversations started, and partner activation

  • Continuously test messaging, formats, and positioning to improve conversion

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of experience in partner marketing, growth marketing, or B2B marketing

  • Hands-on experience marketing on LinkedIn (organic required; paid a plus)

  • Proven ability to generate leads, conversations, or partnerships via LinkedIn

  • Strong copywriting and positioning skills for partner-facing audiences

  • Experience supporting outbound teams with content, campaigns, or enablement

  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, SMB, or marketplaces is a strong plus

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased inbound interest from qualified partners

  • Higher response rates and engagement on LinkedIn partner outreach

  • Faster partner onboarding and activation

  • Clear visibility into which messaging and channels drive partner growth

Why Join Capital Gurus

  • Partnerships are a core priority, not an experiment

  • High ownership with direct access to leadership

  • Opportunity to build and scale partner growth from the ground up

  • Remote-first, results-driven culture
