The primary function is to manage direct sales to key accounts within the designated Texas territory to meet both short-term and long-term business goals. Essential duties include growing territory bookings through annual business plans and managing direct customer sales activities like visits, training, quoting, and technical evaluations for approximately 80 accounts.
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing Company’s ultra-narrow network limited distribution strategic partnerships with biopharma partners. Key duties include serving as the primary contact, leading program launches, coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering performance reports, and ensuring billing accuracy and SLA compliance.

The Key Account Manager will develop and execute strategic sales objectives focusing primarily on medical OEMs and regulated technology environments, while building long-term, consultative relationships with customers and internal teams. This role involves managing complex sales cycles from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and production release, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer's product lifecycle.
