Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
- 3 – 5 years of experience with retirement plan administration, compliance, or document services
- Solid understanding of ERISA, IRS regulations, and protected benefits rules related to retirement plans
- Proven ability to review and interpret legal documents, including plan documents, amendments, and fee schedules
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and make judgment calls with limited oversight
