Job Description

• Developing an in-depth knowledge of the software with primary focus in the application or area of his or her assigned support area. • Responsible for troubleshooting reported issues within the software and analyzing the root cause in order to determine resolution. • Collaborate with other application teams and operational owners. • Effectively communicate to end users and leadership regarding build changes and project plans. • Assist end-users on proper use of the application. • Validate build or resolution of issue with end users prior to closing request. • Attend meetings and show up prepared and on time or decline meeting when cannot attend so meeting leader is notified. • Document progress on incidents consistently updating task status.

Job Requirements

  • Associates Degree, preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Understanding/knowledge of clinical/peripheral healthcare functions and work processes
  • Understanding of technology related to functional processes/workflow
  • EMR Certification (to be obtained within 6 months after hire, if required for job function)
