Role Description

The Etail National Account Manager will be responsible for driving the overall revenue and profitability goals across all named accounts. Critical thinking and strong organizational skills are necessary to quarterback all critical functions needed for robust sales growth. This position requires an individual with a strong work ethic, has pride in ownership, and can think strategically across different product lines and customer segments.

  • Develop, present, and execute on named account plan that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability.
  • Work with Digital Marketing to constantly evolve the digital shelf.
  • Guide Channel Marketing in annual budgeting, rebates, promotions, and tracking.
  • Closely monitor customer reviews and respond accordingly.
  • Provide VOC feedback to product teams and be a strong advocate for New Product Development.
  • Drive weekly engagements with Partners.
  • Drive sales through planning and execution of sales rebates, promotions, and advertising.
  • Assume the role of SME for transactional and digital sales in NAM.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Team to ensure close alignment of SEO and paid search activities.
  • Conduct product/sales trainings as needed in an omni channel environment.
  • Drive project business/deal reg through names accounts while maintaining data hygiene in OSC.
  • Act as point on moving through any EOL or distressed inventory.
  • Monitor competitor promotions and activity.
  • Create annual business plans including SKU level forecast and account level budgeting.
  • Drive negotiation of contracts/business terms as needed.
  • Plan and participate in account specific or broader industry events, both virtual and in person.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing & Communication, Interaction Design, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Retail/Etail sales or marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual, able to be productive in multi-cultural, virtual work environments.
  • Able to work as part of a team and to establish productive relationships with people at all levels.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent time, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Research skills: qualitative and quantitative user research to formulate consumer insights.
  • Demonstrated competence in problem-solving & data analysis.
  • Effective at managing multiple stakeholder needs and projects.
  • Negotiation skills: good at finding workable compromises.
  • Background in digital merchandising, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Experience as a vendor in a 1P relationship with Amazon.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Proficient at driving double digit growth in omni channel accounts.
  • Comfortable with both B2C and B2B selling motions and positioning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in digital merchandising, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Experience as a vendor in a 1P relationship with Amazon.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Proficient at driving double digit growth in omni channel accounts.
  • Comfortable with both B2C and B2B selling motions and positioning.
