Licensed Master's Level Outpatient Therapist
Locations: Flexible – Home-Based, Office-Based, and Virtual Care Options
Master’s Level Outpatient Therapists (licensed or license-eligible, including LPC, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) will:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to children, teens, and adults across multiple settings, including office and virtual sessions
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other supports to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Participate in regular clinical supervision to support professional growth, case consultation, and skill development
- Apply clinical expertise and autonomy while utilizing supervision as appropriate
Qualifications
- A master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Current licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, etc.)
- Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- A passion for mentoring and supporting your team
- Ability to build strong, empathetic relationships with clients and families
- A commitment to your own professional development and learning
- Experience in outpatient therapy with children, teens, or adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
