Job Description

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis • Effectively address unique inquiries by providing accurate information • Develop business plans aligned with assigned territory • Engage strategically with customers and partners • Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners • Pursue all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated • Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages • Follow-up with customers and partners for consistent coverage • Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle

Job Requirements

  • Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls
  • Highly proficient in understanding and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions
  • Ability to provide a superior customer experience
  • Capability to lead a virtual team of partner resources
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Experience in creating territory or opportunity plans
  • Ability to collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales strategies
  • Experience in exceeding revenue quota goals
  • Ability to develop business plans that align with assigned territory
  • Experience strategically engaging with customers and business partners
  • Capable of following up with customers and partners post-sale
  • Understanding of the territory including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors
  • Proficient in channel management and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and accurate forecasting
