Job Description

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis • Effectively address customer’s and partner’s unique inquiries by providing accurate information and tailored solutions • Develop business plans that align to assigned territory • Strategically engage with customers and business partners • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute plans through partners and end users • Pursue all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated • Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages • Follow-up with customers and partner with post-sale team to ensure ongoing coverage of accounts • Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle including qualifying, presentations, negotiations, and closing

Job Requirements

  • Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls analyzing prospects needs
  • Highly proficient in understanding and presenting the value of SailPoint solutions
  • Ability to provide a superior customer experience from the first discovery call
  • Experience in competitively positioning solutions and value proposition
  • Capable of leading a virtual team of partner resources, presales, professional services and customer success to deliver sales wins
  • Experience in creating territory or opportunity plans
  • Ability to work closely with sales leadership to refine ideas and strategy
