Job Description
• Analyze large datasets and research market trends for appraising equipment
• Model hypothetical liquidations as support for asset-based lenders
• Manage communications with stakeholders including banks, private equity groups, and equipment owners
Job Requirements
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets
- Calculate Fair Market Value, Fair Value, Orderly Liquidation Value, and Forced Liquidation Value
- Understanding of financial statements
- Financial modeling experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Intellectual curiosity with a research-driven thought process
- Strong appreciation for detail
- Ability to work independently within a broader team environment
- Excellent written communication skills
