Role Description
The Regional Business Development Executive is a senior, quota‑carrying sales role responsible for driving new revenue and expansion across a defined territory of automotive dealers, dealer groups, and strategic partners. This role acts as an evangelist for DAS Technology, leveraging deep industry relationships to represent the brand, share our vision, and expand adoption of our solutions across the retail automotive ecosystem.
- Provide external communications, best practices, and product knowledge to clients and prospects through various platforms including social media, speaking events, conferences, webinars, and videos.
- Mentor new sales representatives and serve as the product knowledge expert for various internal clients.
- Perform other duties as necessary for effective execution of responsibilities as delegated by the SVP of Sales and Strategic Accounts, Sr. Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and/or Chief Revenue Officer.
Position Goal: Drive revenue growth through new business development and expansion – including customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management – while collaborating with Client Success to deliver an excellent client experience and generate upsell and referral opportunities.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of demonstrated sales skills and a consistent track record of exceeding quota.
- Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office, email, etc.) and CRMs; Microsoft Dynamics proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in the automotive industry and/or SaaS solutions in a B2B environment.
