Job Description

• Responding to customer inquiries and delivering advanced remote technical support by telephone • Leveraging specialized troubleshooting expertise and clear communication • Resolving customer service events by leveraging Philips diagnostic tools • Documenting all findings, actions, and case updates thoroughly • Escalating complex or high-risk product issues promptly • Ensuring transparency and adherence to regulatory guidelines • Utilizing appropriate remote support tools to diagnose and correct issues • Applying best practices and continuous improvement principles • Strengthening overall team productivity by sharing insights

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment
  • Philips MRI experience and training is required
  • ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to diagnose and repair equipment remotely
  • PC competency to include utilization of Microsoft Office Suite products
  • associate degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
