Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment
- Philips MRI experience and training is required
- ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to diagnose and repair equipment remotely
- PC competency to include utilization of Microsoft Office Suite products
- associate degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for performing timely and accurate preventative maintenance and basic repairs on assigned medical equipment, while driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence in the Toledo, OH area. This role also involves supporting more experienced engineers with installations and complex repairs while learning advanced procedures.
The role involves promoting CHANCE Tools through live demonstrations and training sessions for distribution and transmission lines up to 500KV, including classroom and field instruction. This includes conducting seminars on grounding, tool care, and providing detailed sales and application training to various stakeholders.
